Just like all natural timbers, the accoya timber will change slightly as it settles into the environment, however, you can be rest-assured that it remains dimensionally stable for many years to come. If left outdoors, the accoya time will grey out naturally over time. It can also sometimes take on surface molds from leaves and damp/shady areas. This however can be washed off with a stiff brush and water. If you wish to keep the timber looking like its original colourings, simply apply any natural based furniture oil to clean and dry equipment once a year. We recommend Bio oil, and can provide this in maintenance kit along with s sponge and some gloves to assist with application.
