The PREMIUM ACCOYA Collection is backed by a 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty, along with an additional 25-Year Timber Guarantee relating to the structural durability and performance of the Accoya timber substrate.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in the structural construction, workmanship and materials of the product under normal residential outdoor use.
During the applicable warranty period, Outdorable®, at its discretion, will repair, replace or supply a comparable product, part or component found to be defective due to manufacturing fault or workmanship failure.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Outdorable® or one of its authorised distributors or resellers.
To remain eligible for warranty coverage, products must:
Be correctly assembled and installed in accordance with Outdorable® guidelines
Be used for their intended purpose
Be properly maintained in line with our care and maintenance recommendations
Not be subject to misuse, neglect, accidental damage or abnormal conditions
Not be modified, altered or repaired by unauthorised persons
Any post-purchase modification not carried out or approved by Outdorable® or an authorised service technician may void the warranty.
Outdorable® products are designed to provide years of outdoor enjoyment, and ongoing maintenance plays an important role in maximising product lifespan and appearance.
To support long-term care, Outdorable® offers maintenance and repair kits designed to help customers maintain, refresh and preserve their products over time. Regular cleaning, touch-ups and general maintenance are recommended, particularly in coastal, high-UV or exposed outdoor environments.
Timber is a natural material and will continue to respond to its environment throughout its lifespan. Variations in grain, texture and appearance are a natural feature of real timber products.
Small hairline splits, surface checking, minor movement or expansion and contraction may occur as the timber adjusts to changing outdoor conditions. These natural characteristics are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the structural integrity, strength or expected lifespan of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
Natural variations in timber grain, colour, texture or character marks
Variations between display samples, photography and finished products
Natural weathering, fading, greying or finish aging over time
Surface wear and tear, scratches, dents, chips or marks from normal use
Damage caused by improper installation, storage, handling or maintenance
Damage caused by dragging, impacts, misuse or abuse
Minor chips or splinters resulting from general outdoor use
Cosmetic deterioration caused by excessive UV exposure, salt air, water pooling or harsh environmental conditions
Textile fading or colour variation where applicable
Consumable maintenance items and normal upkeep requirements
Outdorable® does not warrant products exposed to extreme environmental conditions, natural disasters or acts of God, including but not limited to floods, storms, hail, cyclones, earthquakes, fire or other severe weather events.

What to expect over time with Premium Accoya:
As the timber settles into its natural environment, minor surface changes may occur. Small hairline ‘checks’—a characteristic of biogenic materials—can develop as the wood continues to adjust over time. These superficial imperfections are inherent to timber and do not compromise structural integrity unless they progress into significant splits or cracks.
If your equipment exhibits a split or crack exceeding 1.0mm in width (you may verify this by inserting a standard bank card into the opening), we kindly request that you provide photographic documentation, and we will assess the matter accordingly.
Surface fading, scratches, and marks are a natural part of regular use. With routine cleaning and oiling, the surface can be refreshed to look like new.
