We’re proud of every Outdorable product we design, and we want you to be just as proud to own it. If for any reason you’d like to return something purchased directly from Outdorable NZ, here’s how we make it simple and fair:
We offer a 14-day trial period from the date of delivery. If you wish to return your item(s) during this time:
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, unauthorised returns will not be accepted. You must first contact our team to obtain a Return Authority.
To request a Return Authority, email sales@outdorable.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
For items purchased via one of our approved distributors (whether in New Zealand or abroad), please refer to the returns policy of the company from which you purchased. Outdorable NZ is unable to process returns or refunds for these purchases.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund—less any applicable deductions—to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
