Product Description:

Compliance Statement:

1. Guardrails / Handrails / Barriers:
   • Not required for supervised play movable equipment in either orientation.
   • ASTM/CPSC regulations require barriers only for fixed elevated platforms exceeding ~760 mm (30 inches) intended for general climbing/play and non-supervised play.
   • The Outdorable range is movable and open-ended, and is classified as “supervised loose-part equipment,” which is exempt from permanent barrier requirements when used under strict adult supervision.
2. Supervision Requirement:
   • Outdorable equipment over 30 inches (760mm) must only be used under adult supervision.
   • Staff or caregivers must enforce the restriction and ensure children are supervised at all times.

1. Fall Protection / Surfacing: FFH
   • For equipment pieces over 23 inches, appropriate protective surfacing (loose-fill mulch, rubber mats, or engineered wood fiber) must be used in accordance with ASTM F1292 guidelines to minimize injury risk from falls.

4. Entrapment & Structural Safety:

1. • Openings, edges, and corners are designed to avoid head, torso, or finger entrapment, consistent with ASTM F1487 requirements.
   • All surfaces are smooth, free of sharp edges or protrusions.
   • Refer to A2.7 in the handbook for ‘Anti Topple’ Prevention.
   • All individual loose parts have been tested to certify with current safety standards as per certification provided.
2. Documentation & safety mark:
   • Documentation as per Outdorable safety handbook includes certification certificates at the end of book.
   • Staff training and supervision policies are recommended to ensure compliance and safe use refer to Outdorable safety video for staff training.

• Provide compliant impact-attenuating surfacing for heights over 2 ft (600 mm).
• Maintain a 5 ft (1500 mm) minimum use zone around all sides.
• Configure only as intended by the manufacturer.
• Adult supervision required at all times.
• Inspect for stability before each use.
